The company has its own production plant for manufacture of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements which is the heart of the Electric Furnaces. These Elements are more efficient compared to Metallic Coil Type Elements made out of Nickel Chrome. The Elements are Straight Rods and hence can be replaced in 10 to 15minutes. Therefore, there is no down time in the equipment.

The range of Furnaces produced are for Melting COPPER ALLOYS, ALUMINIUM, ZINC and for melting, refining of Gold and Silver. Special Furnaces are available for continuous Annealing of Stainless Steel Wires, Capillary tubes etc. Furnaces for Melting Gold and Silver for 1/2-a-Kg up to 50 Kg capacity are also produced.

The Company has introduced the latest development of HOLDING SYSTEM - BATH TYPE - with TOP HEATING SYSTEM.This Furnace is designed with a Ceramic Crucible that is made out of composite material using different castable refractories to achieve a leak proof crucible which would have minimum reaction with aluminum.

The accepted life of the Crucible is a minimum period of 5 years and there will be no contamination and iron pick up in the metal, thus the metal will be very pure for all applications.

Very large capacity Furnaces can be supplied in this type of design and Holding Furnaces up to 3 tonne Capacity are possible.
